Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Mitcham, South West London
Salary: £41,983 - £49,717 per annum (includes paid school holidays)
Working Pattern: Part-time

Our client is seeking a qualified and passionate Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary clinical team based at a specialist school in Mitcham. About the Role:
As part of a collaborative clinical team, you will:
- Deliver assessments, formulations and interventions for young people with a range of needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs.
- Work alongside education and residential staff to help create therapeutic learning and living environments.
- Provide direct therapy, contribute to care planning and offer feedback to families and colleagues.
- Support staff training in communication and language development.
- Participate in regular supervision and continuous professional development.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
- Sound understanding of child development and experience working with children and young people with additional needs.
- Ability to build strong therapeutic relationships and communicate effectively with young people and professionals.
- Organised, self-motivated and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Eligible for membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g. RCSLT).
