About the Role:

As part of a collaborative clinical team, you will:

  • Deliver assessments, formulations and interventions for young people with a range of needs including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs.
  • Work alongside education and residential staff to help create therapeutic learning and living environments.

  • Eligible for membership of relevant professional bodies (e.g. RCSLT).

Benefits:

  • Medical cover (reimbursement for optical, dental and other health-related costs).
  • Access to a wide range of wellbeing tools and employee support.
  • Flexible benefits including life insurance options.
  • £2,000 recommend-a-friend bonus scheme.
  • Career development opportunities and funded clinical training.
  • A welcoming and well-resourced working environment.
  • Full induction and ongoing support from a national clinical network.

Additional Information:

This is an excellent opportunity to join a service that values its clinicians and offers a genuinely integrated, multidisciplinary approach to supporting young people with complex needs. You’ll benefit from regular supervision, peer support and a well-established clinical development programme.
