Job Title: Speech & Language Therapist / Occupational Therapist – Neurodevelopmental Specialist
Location: Fully Remote, UK
Salary: Up to £53,000 per annum
Experienced in: ADI-R or ADOS assessments
Client Group: Children and/or Adults
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm / Part Time hours 3-4 days a week available

Your role

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll:

• Conduct structured assessments as part of Autism pathway
• Work across both adult and CYP services
• Contribute to diagnostic reports in line with national standards
• Participate in regular MDT discussions and clinical review meetings
• Provide feedback to individuals and families post-assessment (if required)
• Maintain clinical standards including documentation and risk awareness

About you

• HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist or Occupational Therapist
• ADI-R and/or ADOS trained with 6+ months post-training experience
• Comfortable working across age groups (children and adults)
• Confident delivering assessments remotely and contributing to reports
• Able to work independently in a professional home environment with reliable internet
• Committed to person-centred, neuro-affirming practice
