About the Role:

We are exclusively recruiting for an exciting and rewarding Lead Clinician / Clinical Psychologist role, offering the opportunity to work remotely in a prominent position with a highly respected private service. This role focuses on leadership within brain injury services and includes both managerial and clinical responsibilities.

You’ll play a key role in managing psychology and case management teams, with a small but significant clinical caseload. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brain injury and medico-legal work, with management experience essential and a keen interest in business development. There will be opportunities for networking and occasional travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams with a focus on brain injury support.

• Handle a small clinical caseload while overseeing larger management duties.

• Apply medico-legal expertise in a treatment setting.

• Foster growth opportunities through business development and networking.

• Uphold the organisation’s mission to provide comprehensive psychological and case management services.

Essential Requirements:

• Background in brain injury rehabilitation.

• Experience in medico-legal treatment work.

• Proven management experience.

• An interest in business development is desirable.

• Flexibility for occasional travel.
